We provide the HNeT2005 Application Development System to government and industry under R&D license. This system allows application developers to construct neuromorphic assemblies using standard MS Windows libraries, and integrate these assemblies into applications. The core HNeT library contains over 100 functions for creation of cell assemblies, and customization of these assemblies. The HNeT library provides an assortment of 8 cell types which may be interconnected to form supervised feed-forward, unsupervised, hyper-incursive, spatial-temporal, neo-cortical, and cerebellar assemblies.

The HNeT library facilitates hyper-threaded and SIMD operation. Provided also is a GUI based development environment for automated generation and optimization of neuromorphic assemblies. The HNeT2005 system is compatible with all editions of Windows 2000, 2003 and XP operating systems.
